These Terms of Service govern the use of the IMR patient and driver applications and related services.

Nature of service

IMR is an emergency dispatch coordination technology platform that facilitates communication and ride matching between patients or their representatives and independent ambulance drivers and operators in Lahore, Pakistan. IMR is not a hospital, licensed healthcare provider, or direct emergency medical services practitioner. Medical evaluation, on-scene care, and transport safety remain the responsibility of the transport operators and attending personnel. In severe life-threatening emergencies, users are urged to also contact official public emergency services (Rescue 1122).

Fares and agreements

IMR operates on a fare-first model: the driver quotes the trip fare and the patient must review and accept the fare before an ambulance is dispatched. All fares are agreed directly between the driver and the patient. IMR does not levy hidden charges or automatic surge pricing.

Communications and data handling

Location data, GPS tracking, in-app messaging, voice notes, and internet calls are processed strictly to coordinate active dispatches, facilitate safety, and resolve disputes as described in the IMR Privacy Policy (https://lifeline-backend.imr-rescue.workers.dev/privacy).

Misuse and account blocking

IMR is intended strictly for genuine emergency transport requests. Fake bookings, prank requests, harassment of patients or drivers, abuse of emergency communication channels, or fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Violating phone numbers and accounts may be immediately suspended, flagged, or permanently blocked from the platform.

Service availability and disclaimer

IMR strives to provide fast, reliable dispatch coordination, but cannot guarantee the availability of ambulances in all areas or at all times, nor can it guarantee specific arrival times or vehicle medical configurations. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Service ki noiyat

IMR ek emergency dispatch coordination platform hai jo Lahore mein mareezon aur unke lawahiqeen ko azaad ambulance drivers se rabta karwata hai. IMR khud koi hospital, doctor, ya direct licensed medical provider nahi hai. Tibbi dekhbhal aur transport ki zimmedari driver aur transport operator par hoti hai. Shadeed jaan-lewa emergency ki soorat mein sarkari Rescue 1122 par bhi foran call karein.

Kiraya aur ittefaq-e-rai

IMR fare-first usool par kaam karta hai: driver safar ka kiraya pesh karta hai aur patient dispatch se pehle usay dekh kar tasleem karta hai. Kiraye ka faisla patient aur driver ke darmiyan tay pata hai. IMR koi chhupe huway charges ya auto surge nahi lagata.

Rabta aur data ka istemaal

GPS location, live tracking, in-app text messages, voice notes aur internet calls sirf ride dispatch karne, safety aur disputes hal karne ke liye istemaal kiye jatay hain jaisa ke IMR Privacy Policy (https://lifeline-backend.imr-rescue.workers.dev/privacy) mein wazeh hai.

Ghalt istemaal aur pabandi

IMR sirf haqeeqi emergency ke liye hai. Jhooti (fake) bookings, fazool requests, patient ya driver ke sath badtameezi, ya dhokha dahi sakhti se mana hai. Khilaf-warzi karne walay phone numbers aur accounts ko foran block ya permanent black-list kiya ja sakta hai.

Dastiyabi aur zimmedari ki wazahat

IMR behtareen aur taiz service faraham karne ki koshish karta hai, lekin har waqt ya har ilaqay mein ambulance ki dastiyabi ya pohanchne ke makhsoos waqt ki koi qat'ee guarantee nahi di ja sakti. Service "as-is" bunyad par faraham ki jati hai.
